All Sales are final! Refund policy goes into effect the moment a transaction is made by the customer. Deposits are non refundable after 72 hours of transaction date. Full Payment for an event is non refundable after 7 days of Transaction Date. If the event has to be cancelled due to weather or Force Majure, we will do the best to accommodate and re book another date. Client can Receive 50% deposit back under Force Mature circumstances and none else.
All refunds will be processed within 14-21 days.
